From full service catering to drop-offs, we offer a wide range of catering services at our location or yours -- to accommodate virtually any event, function, food request, and budget.
Our Menus
We have carefully selected menu items that reflect what we have found to be both appetizing and popular for successful banquet arrangements. However, both our banquet Manager and Chef would be happy to custom plan any menu, whether buffet or sit-down party. From modest hors d'oeuvres to an elegant, full-course dinner, the possibilities are endless.
Approximate capacities reflect standard setup of tables. Larger banquet tables can yield more seats per room.
Full Service
We arrive at your location with staff, stoves, and grills, ready to prepare and time your appetizers and entrees, serve your guests, and clean up, removing all equipment and trash. Any leftover food will be securely packaged in reheatable foil pans for your convenience. Full service is priced according to select menus. A 20% service charge applies.
Banquet Service
Our banquet service staff will professionally setup your buffet selections in chafing dishes at the location of your choice. We attend to your guests' needs, properly package your leftovers, and remove all trash and equipment. A 20% service charge applies.
Drop Off with Chafers
We provide our chafing dishes and Sterno at $10.00 per chafer and supply the food in foil pans that fit in the chafers. We return at your convenience to pick up the chafers, usually within 24 hours. Delivery/service charge of 20% will apply.
Deliveries Available
Advance notice deliveries are available within a 15 mile radius with a minimum $300.00 food purchase. A delivery charge of 10% will apply. A $30.00 minimum delivery charge will apply to smaller deliveries.
Catering Services at the venue of your choice
On-location catering services are available at the venue of your choice— from a private home or company office to a church hall, conference facility or private club.

Dessert Policy
All desserts are custom-made and optional. We will be happy to offer dessert suggestions and provide pricing. We will also gladly serve your desserts and cut your special occasion cake for no additional charge during full service and banquet service events. Cookie trays are available on most menus.
Bar Setups (for unlicensed premises)
Bartenders are available for hire by the hour. We supply all equipment and supplies, including blenders, mixers, ice, and fruit condiments at $2.00 per person. Client shall supply the liquor/beer/wine. All state laws apply.
Serviceware
Includes tablecloths, paper, and plastic utensils. China, glass, and silverware with linen napkins are available; prices start at $1.50 per person.
Deposits and Payment
For parties and small wedding receptions a 15% deposit of estimated costs applies. Company checks, bank checks and major Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover) are accepted. Final payment is due 24 hours prior to your event unless other arrangements have been made. For larger parties of 100 or more, an installment of 25% is due 14 days prior to the event and final payment is due 24 hours prior to the event.
Guarantee Numbers
To properly prepare for your party, we require a guaranteed attendance figure at least 5 business days prior to the event. Our kitchen will be prepared for 5% above the guarantee. In the event of a smaller than expected turnout, billing is based on the guaranteed number.
Room Charges
No room charges apply if the guaranteed number is met. However, a set up fee of $60.00 will be added if a bartender is necessary.
Taxes and Service Fees
Please note that 6.25% sales tax applies. A 20% service charge is added to Banquet and full service catered events.
